<p>Job Description Summary</p> <p>Assists in developing programs that address health care and health care education needs of communities served. Conducts research and assessments to determine community needs. Develops and nurtures relationships with community stakeholders and others to identify underserved and at-risk populations. Plans, organizes and conducts community engagement programs, including community-based education, health care needs assessments, health screenings, testing, mass vaccination and other health care-related programs. (Continuous)</p> <p>Additional Job Description</p> <p>Master's degree in Health Care Administration, Health Sciences, Public Administration, Business Administration, Communication, Social Work or related degree and three years of experience related to health care, community relations, or similar experience; or a bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Health Sciences, Public Administration, Business Administration, Communication, Social Work or related degree and five years of experience related to health care, community relations, or similar experience. Excellent communication and organizational skills are needed.
