If you're passionate about making a meaningful impact and being part of a forward-thinking organization, this is the company for you!</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <p>You'll identify, evaluate, and communicate opportunities to mitigate risk, strengthen controls, and enhance customer value as a subject matter expert , managing role over multiple audit projects.</p> <ul> <li>Manage and conduct Information Technology audit projects as assigned. Effectively manage multiple audit projects and assist team members while maintaining overall responsibility for work quality, deadlines, and budgets. </li><li>Exhibit subject matter expertise in Information Technology and Security. </li><li>Prepare complete, clear, and concise documentation of audit work performed and conclusions reached. </li><li>Deliver reports that are clear, concise, objective, and constructive. </li><li>Demonstrate effective interpersonal and communication skills when interacting with team members and clients. </li><li>Conduct client engagement meetings (kick-off, closing, etc.) with senior management. </li></ul> <p>IT Specific</p> <ul> <li>Review General Computing Controls to ensure that IT processes and systems comply with leading practices &/or applicable regulations and standards. </li><li>Verify the existence of appropriate controls (e.g., security, integration, automated functionality) for new and existing information systems - application and infrastructure </li><li>Participate as a process and controls advisor on system implementation projects to assess adherence to good project management practices, as well as proactive identification and verification of system controls. </li><li>Leverage data analytics to execute audits; experience with Power BI is preferred. </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For:</p> <p>Education: Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited university required.</p> <p>Experience: Eight (8) or more years related experience.</p> <p>Certification: Relevant professional Certification is required.</p> <p>Would be Nice to Have:</p> <p>Advanced degree in a relevant field of study is preferred.</p> <p>Where You'll Work:</p> <p>On-Site</p> <p>What You'll Get:</p> <p>$110,000 - $135,000</p> <p>In addition to a competitive compensation, AEP offers a unique comprehensive benefits package that aims to support and enhance the overall well-being of our employees.</p> <p>Compensation Data</p> <p>Compensation Grade:</p> <p>SP20-009</p> <p>Compensation Range:</p> <p>$112,869.00-146,730.50 USD</p> <p>The Physical Demand Level for this job is: S - Sedentary Work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally (Occasionally: activity or condition exists up to 1/3 of the time) and/or a negligible amount of force frequently. (Frequently: activity or condition exists from 1/3 to 2/3 of the time) to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time.
