This role will collaborate closely with engineering, program management, operations, and leadership to build a quality culture that ensures reliable processes, compliance, and long-term organizational maturity.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Develop and implement a comprehensive ISO 9001-compliant Quality Management System tailored to Triton's R&D-to-commercialization environment. </li><li>Create and maintain QMS documentation including policies, procedures, work instructions, and controlled records. </li><li>Plan and conduct internal audits; coordinate external readiness and certification audits. </li><li>Lead non-conformance investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) programs. </li><li>Track, measure, and report on key quality metrics, risks, and process performance. </li><li>Provide quality training and awareness programs across departments. </li><li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on audit findings, data trends, and stakeholder feedback. </li><li>Coordinate quality requirements with suppliers, subcontractors, and project teams. </li><li>Engage cross-functional teams across R&D, engineering, manufacturing partners, and leadership to embed quality into daily operations. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience developing and implementing a comprehensive ISO 9001-compliant Quality Management System in a DoD environment is needed. </li><li>Proficient hands-on experience implementing or maintaining an ISO 9001 Quality Management System. </li><li>Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 requirements, auditing principles, and quality system best practices. </li><li>Experience conducting internal audits and preparing for external certification audits. </li><li>Strong documentation, process development, and analytical skills. </li><li>Excellent communication and ability to influence across levels and disciplines. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common quality system tools. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification, ASQ CQA/CQE, or similar. </li><li>Experience in an R&D, engineering, or manufacturing environment. </li><li>Experience with Department of Defense and Prime Contractors. </li><li>Familiarity with CAPA methodologies, risk management techniques, and continuous improvement frameworks. </li></ul> <p>Due to the nature of our business and information associated with this position, interested candidates must be US Citizens and may be subject to a security investigation.</p> <p>Come join our success and grow with the strength of these fascinating new technologies.
