Flexibility as needed for remote days.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Senior Financial Analyst will lead variance analysis and provide actionable financial insights </li><li>Support budgeting, forecasting, monthly updates, and financial close </li><li>Prepare analyses and presentations for plant and executive leadership </li><li>As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will strengthen cross-functional communication between operations and business support groups </li><li>Identify and execute process improvements to enhance efficiency* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field </li><li>4+ years of FP&A or analytical experience </li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting </li><li>Experience with Oracle ERP, OneStream, Power BI, or Python preferred </li><li>Manufacturing industry experience a plus </li></ul>
