On call rotations included.</p> <p>Job Summary:</p> <p>Performs various routine duties associated with patient encounters; works effectively with other healthcare personnel to provide efficient and effective services; promotes efficient and high quality care and satisfaction; establishes and directs the daily workflow of the Phlebotomy team.</p> <p>EXPERIENCE:</p> <p>A minimum of 2 years of phlebotomy experience in clinical lab setting. Demonstrated upward progression in Phlebotomy or Clinical Lab setting is required.</p> <p>EDUCATION:</p> <p>High School diploma or equivalent is required. Graduate of approved Phlebotomy Training program is preferred.</p> <p>LICENSURE:</p> <p>ASCP certification is preferred.</p> <p>SPECIAL SKILLS:</p> <p>Professional and friendly disposition; ability to work under sometimes stressful situations. Excellent customer service, organizational, and motivational skills. Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
