<p>ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Works under the direction of assigned manager in handling daily technical support activities on?desktop support, data network, and server management. Assembles desktop computers and peripherals, and tests network connections. Installs and tests desktop software applications and internet?browsers. Addresses user tickets regarding hardware, software, and networks. Customizes desktop?applications to meet user needs. Conducts remote troubleshooting and tests alternative pathways?until issues are resolved. Tracks progress of service requests and updates ticketing systems, and logs?repairs and services performed. Provides technical support for escalated issues and works with?vendors to resolve more complex issues. Directs unresolved issues to the next level of support?personnel. Works with Batch, PowerShell, and other essential scripting languages that may be?required. Follows up with clients to ensure their systems are functional. Reports customer feedback?and potential product requests. Assists in the creation of technical documentation and manuals and facilitates training to end-users when required.</p> <p>OTHER FUNCTIONS:</p> <p>1.???????? Requires the ability to operate general office equipment such as a computer.</p> <p>TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS: Work is performed in an office environment which involves contact with the staff and management.</p> <p>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field with four (4) years of technical?support experience.
