Identifies and flags them for the appropriate medical staff member to complete. Shift Differentials, just to name a few. </li></ul> <p>What you will do:</p> <ul> <li>Analyzes medical records for documentation deficiencies and missing reports with accuracy. </li><li>Assemble and analyzes assigned workload. </li><li>Maintains data integrity. </li><li>Maintains integrity of the medical record. </li></ul> <p>What you will need:</p> <ul> <li>1 - 3 years' experience in a medical record department, patient care area or physician office is required to have an overall understanding of the medical record and its components. </li></ul> <p>Education Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>AAS in secretarial science or equivalent education / experience. </li></ul> <p>Pay Range: $17.85 - $23.33</p> <p>Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
