<p>UT Regional One Physicians (UTROP) is currently seeking an Expense Reimbursement Specialist.# A Brief Overview The UTROP Expense Reimbursement Specialist is responsible for overseeing and administering the accounts payables for UTROP and will work as the liaison between the ROH accounts payable department and UTROP. In addition, the position is responsible for playing a key, critical role as follows: Key contributor in the UTROP over time payroll process, Direct oversight and ownership of key work files and processes/work flows, and Reconciliation of clinical work schedules. The position will report directly to the UTROP director of financial operations and collaborate with the UTROP senior business analyst. The position will provide direct customer service support to the UTROP medical staff requiring strong communication skills to a wide range of people at all levels of the organization comprised of physicians, advance practice providers, administrative staff and leaders, and UTROP vendors. What you will do Accounts payable (AP) management includes: # Expenses reimbursement benefits including Continuing Medical Expenses (CME) and practice expense reimbursements. # Signs bonus and relocation reimbursements. # Processes incentive plan discretionary fund. # Administers Locum and 1099 contractor invoices. # Processes all other UTROP vendor invoices. # Administers a high volume of expense reimbursements and invoices that are processed on a set weekly schedule that will require excellent time management, attention to detail and accuracy, and ability to multi task. Handles direct oversight and ownership of key, critical work files: # Processes overtime work file. # Manages CME, practice expenses, and incentive plan discretionary fund work file. # Oversees the 1099 contractor work file. # Processes Locum work file. Handles direct oversight and ownership of key, critical processes and work flows: # Oversees overtime payroll process. # Oversees expense reimbursement process. # Manages 1099 contractor and locum process. # Maintains Vendor set up process. # Manages reconciliation process of comparing clinical work schedules to invoices and contractual overtime requirements. Qualifications High School Diploma Required Associate#s or Bachelor#s Degree Preferred Minimum 5 years experience Progressive responsible administrative support experience. Required and Minimum 2 years experience Working with senior level staff. Required Accounts Payable, Accounting or Finance experience.
