These leaders emerge from all levels of the network helping to create a shared vision reflecting the mission, vision, and values of St. Joseph's.</p> <p>POSITION SUMMARY:</p> <p>Assists with patient care activities and related rehabilitation services under the direction of licensed staff.</p> <p>EDUCATION, TRAINING, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE:</p> <p>High school diploma or equivalent. On-the-job training or a formal Rehabilitative Aide training course.</p> <p>Participates in orientation and continuing education and updates and maintains knowledge and skills related to specific areas of expertise.</p> <p>SPECIAL EQUIPMENT, SKILLS OR OTHER REQUIREMENTS:</p> <p>Demonstrates skills related to specific areas of practice. Good communication and interpersonal skills required. Customer service oriented.</p> <p>PHYSICAL DEMANDS:</p> <p>Heavy work: continual and repetitive motions, including but not limited to heavy lifting, bending, stooping, twisting, pushing, pulling, climbing and prolonged walking and standing.</p> <p>Pay Range: $17.85-25.90</p> <p>Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
