This role supports the effective implementation of district curriculum, instructional frameworks, and standards-based teaching practices. The TOSA collaborates with staff to enhance instructional quality, foster professional growth, and promote student achievement through targeted coaching, resource development, and professional learning opportunities.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <p>This person will be directly responsible to the Elementary Executive Director of Teaching and Learning</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead the planning and implementation of content standards and curriculum frameworks across PreK-6 classrooms.</p> </li><li> <p>Design and facilitate professional development to support effective instructional practices and district priorities.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide instructional coaching and modeling to support teachers in implementing curriculum, content standards, and best practices.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate the adoption and integration of instructional materials, including textbooks and supplemental resources.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with teachers and administrators to ensure vertical and horizontal alignment of curriculum and instruction.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist in the analysis and application of assessment data to guide instructional decisions and improve student learning outcomes.</p> </li><li> <p>Support differentiated instruction, intervention strategies, and inclusive practices to meet diverse student needs.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and curate instructional resources and materials aligned with district goals.</p> </li><li> <p>Facilitate and lead committees, task forces, and working groups related to curriculum and instruction.</p> </li><li> <p>Serve as a liaison between school sites and district, county, and state educational agencies.</p> </li><li> <p>Contribute to the development and implementation of district initiatives and pilot programs.</p> </li><li> <p>Prepare and present reports, documentation, and recommendations as required.</p> </li><li> <p>Participate in ongoing professional learning to stay current with instructional trends and educational best practices.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform other related duties as assigned to support the mission and vision of Winton Woods City Schools.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Credentialed classroom teacher within the Winton Woods City School District.</p> </li><li> <p>Proven record of exemplary teaching, with strong communication skills, deep subject matter expertise, and a clear understanding of and commitment to the District's instructional goals and standards.</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and administrators, with strong leadership skills and experience serving on both school and district-level committees.</p> </li><li> <p>be all inclusive of every task or responsibility.</p> </li></ul> <p>FLSA Status: Certified</p>
