Assessments areconducted by licensed clinical social workers and patients are recommended tocommunity partners. This clinic does not provide direct substance use, mental health, orany other additional behavioral health treatment services. The clinic offers services to adiverse patient population and offers subsidized assessment costs for individualsunhoused, underemployed, unemployed, or who otherwise qualify. Patients may also beinvolved in the legal system which is requiring them to obtain an assessment.</p> <p>Receptionist I | Pay Range: $17.00 - $17.65 |</p> <p>Description: Entry-level support role.Perform routine tasks as directed and under close supervision. Typically requires little tono related experience.</p> <p>Receptionist II | Pay Range: $17.26 - $19.00 |</p> <p>Description: Mid-level support role.Complete routine tasks under moderate supervision.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Essential Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Perform administrative patient care and general office operational support. </li><li>Responsibilities include the following: </li><li>Schedules patient appointments and generates associated documentation. </li><li>Processes appointment co-payments. </li><li>Answers incoming phone calls and returns voicemails and emails. </li><li>Receives, greets and directs individuals to appropriate person or office. </li><li>Answers general questions about the assessment process, organization,treatment community, etc. </li><li>Creates and maintains files. </li><li>Position may also include generating mail, scanning documents, and otheradministrative tasks. </li><li>Position requires basic word processing, Excel, and data entry knowledge. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <p>EQUIVALENCY STATEMENT: 1 year of higher education can be substituted for 1 year of directly related work experience (Example: bachelor's degree = 4 years of directly related work experience).</p> <p>Department may hire employee at one of the following job levels:</p> <p>Receptionist, I: Requires little to no related experience.</p> <p>Receptionist, II: Requires at least 1 year of related experience.</p> <p>Preferences</p> <p>Bilingual in Spanish preferred. Background associated with behavioral health a plus.
