<p>This internship will span through the Fall 2025 and Spring2026 semesters. The ideal candidate will be available to work onsite at our Ridgefield, CT office twice per week.</p> <p>Position Summary:</p> <p>As an FP&A Intern, you will gain hands-on experience supporting financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. You'll work closely with the Finance team on important projects and develop advanced Excel skills while building a solid foundation for a career in corporate finance.</p> <p>What you'll do:</p> <ul> <li>Assist with the preparation & distribution of weekly, monthly and quarterly financial reports. </li><li>Support the annual budget process by preparing and gathering financial data. </li><li>Develop and maintain financial models in Microsoft Excel with high accuracy. </li><li>Assist with monthly commissions calculations and adjustments. </li><li>Perform data reconciliations and ensure consistency across multiple reports. </li><li>Help create dashboards and reports to support strategic decision making. </li><li>Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners, maintaining prompt, professional communication. </li><li>Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed. </li></ul> <p>About you:</p> <ul> <li>Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field. </li><li>Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and high-quality work. </li><li>Excellent communication skills; responsive and professional in all interactions. </li><li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. </li></ul>
