<p>Summary:</p> <p>We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Customer Service Intern to support our dynamic team. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to learn about the operational infrastructure behind delivering exceptional service. From analyzing performance metrics to refining self-service tools, you'll gain real-world experience in optimizing the customer journey.</p> <p>Ideal candidates will have prior experience in customer-facing roles (e.g., food service, or retail) or an educational background in an analytical area of focus and a desire to broaden their skills into customer service operations.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Review and update FAQs to reflect current product features, policies, and experiences. </li><li>Review and update Customer Service agent resources to align with event programming </li><li>Conduct monthly audits of our knowledge base to ensure accuracy and usefulness of self-service resources for customers. </li><li>Research chatbot strategies used by comparable companies; present findings and recommendations for improved automation of customer responses. </li><li>Monitor key customer service metrics-including tag usage and trendlines-to assess performance and inform team priorities. </li><li>Provide weekly performance summaries with actionable insights and feedback to improve agent support and overall service quality. </li><li>Draft and refine training materials to ensure all team members stay current with policies, tools, and customer service procedures. </li><li>Analyze trends in chargeback occurrences and collaborate with the team to implement strategies to minimize these events. </li></ul> <p>All Internships Include:</p> <ul> <li>Gain hands-on experience with projects that contribute directly to company goals & building your resume. </li><li>Gain valuable access to Cosm leadership, including our CEO. </li><li>Build your network by connecting with other interns, your intern buddy, teammates and leaders from across the organization. </li><li>Join career skill training sessions on best practices for job applications, recruiting and interviewing. </li><li>Advance your presentation and planning skills. </li><li>An opportunity to win the "Cosm Education & Career Advancement Award," which is a monetary consideration to further your education and expand your opportunities. </li><li>Competitive pay </li><li>Cosm swag bag </li><li>Depending on job location, you will have the opportunity to visit one of our new venues or experience centers (Los Angeles, Dallas, Salt Lake City or Chadds Ford) where you'll see and feel the extraordinary thrill of Cosm content on our dome screen! </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Junior or Senior at the start of the program. </li><li>Available to work in a Cosm Office (hybrid). </li><li>Available to work 20 hours per week during the defined Intern period. </li><li>Legally authorized to work in the U.S. </li><li>Strong communication skills and attention to detail. </li><li>Strong analytical skills with the base knowledge of how to interpret data and generate actionable insights. </li><li>Interest in immersive technology and content. </li></ul>
