Our culture promotes authenticity, inclusion, growth, community, and a passion for exceptional care for every patient.</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>Pediatric Occupational Therapy Fellow / (Full-time, 40 hours/week)</p> <p>Ivy Rehab for Kids - Outpatient Pediatric</p> <p>Ivy Rehab Pediatric Occupational Therapy Fellowship Program</p> <ul> <li>Please apply to this role directly through our Ivy Career Site to ensure all applicable application questions are completed. </li></ul> <p>POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/ADMISSIONS CRITERIA:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapist Master's Program</p> </li><li> <p>Active OT licensure in current state of practice,?prior to Fellowship start date</p> </li><li> <p>Employed as a Full-time Therapist for at least 3 months by Ivy Rehab Network, prior to the program start date.</p> </li><li> <p>Required membership in associated professional organization by the start of the residency</p> </li><li> <p>Commitment to successfully completing all program requirements including independent study</p> </li><li> <p>Commitment to taking the AOTA Board Certification in Pediatrics (BCP) exam at earliest eligibility</p> </li><li> <p>Commitment to a minimum of two years of continued employment at Ivy Rehab, post-graduation from program</p> </li></ul> <p>PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Completion of all required didactic modules (300+ hours)</p> </li><li> <p>Completion of all assessments, logs and forms</p> </li><li> <p>Completion of Live Patient Examinations</p> </li><li> <p>Satisfactory completion of all skills lists</p> </li><li> <p>Passing of all required quizzes</p> </li><li> <p>Satisfactory completion of required presentations</p> </li><li> <p>Optional completion of case report abstract</p> </li><li> <p>Completion of 100 hours of 1:1 Mentorship</p> </li><li> <p>Complete a minimum of 1,500 patient care hours during fellowship year</p> </li><li> <p>Attendance and participation in all scheduled fellowship education events</p> </li><li> <p>Satisfactory achievement of all fellowship core competencies</p> </li></ul> <p>FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Program Tuition: $4,500</p> </li><li> <p>This can be paid in full -or- over a 1- or 2- year payment plan through paycheck deductions</p> </li><li> <p>As a full-time employee of Ivy Rehab for Kids, each program participant will maintain their salary commensurate with hours worked/week and maintain their benefits during the length of the program</p> </li><li> <p>2-year employment commitment post-graduation to satisfy the financial investment Ivy contributes to each participant</p> </li></ul> <p>WHO IS IVY REHAB?</p> <p>At Ivy Rehab, you are not just an employee - you are a valued TEAMMATE!</p> <p>Join our dedicated team at Ivy Rehab and come together to provide patients with access to world-class care and outcomes for those in need of physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and applied behavior analysis (ABA) services.
