Learn more at www.landmarkmedical.org.</p> <p>Department: Nursing Administration</p> <p>Status:Per DiemShift: Variable</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Conduct rounds to monitor patient care, staff performance, and service quality.</p> </li><li> <p>Supervise, support, and communicate with staff across all departments.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage hospital operations in the absence of administrative leadership.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform direct patient care as needed within scope of practice.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure temporary agency personnel are deployed and oriented per hospital policy.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist medical staff with after-hour procedures and standby call staff coordination.</p> </li><li> <p>Support patients and families by explaining hospital policies and enhancing their experience.</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>The House Supervisor is a Registered Nurse who provides administrative oversight for all nursing services during their shift. This per diem role ensures efficient hospital operations, smooth patient flow, and high-quality care across the facility.These are all Requirements of this role: Current and valid license as a Registered Nurse (RN). Current BLS (AHA) certification and maintain current. Minimum of one (1) year prior experience in a supervisory role. Minimum of three (3) years of acute care nursing experience.
