When a resident moves out, you take great pride in helping the team make it move-in ready for the next resident. You enjoy interacting with people and are known for being calm, friendly, responsive, and capable, you promptly address any concerns that arise in the apartments of current residents and make the appropriate handyman repairs.</p> <p>In addition to residents and coworkers, you communicate with vendors and outside contractors. Each shift brings a combination of daily checklists and unexpected surprises. You love that you are never bored!
