Join us!</p> <p>A Day in The Life:</p> <p>Seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Control Lab Intern to play a crucial role in establishing the foundation for our future laboratory operations. This internship will focus on documenting existing lab processes by shadowing experienced personnel as they perform various test and procedures. The documentation created will serve as the cornerstone for Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials for future company labs.</p> <p>The Impact You'll Make:</p> <p>Process Documentation:</p> <ul> <li>Shadow experienced lab personnel as they perform various quality control tests and procedures. </li><li>Observe and meticulously document each step of the process, including equipment used, materials required, environmental conditions, and any specific best practices. </li><li>Translate observed processes into clear, concise, and easy-to-understand written documentation, including step-by-step instructions, diagrams and flowcharts where appropriate. </li><li>Ensure documentation adheres to established templates and style guides. </li><li>Collaborate with lab personnel to review and validate documented processes for accuracy and completeness. </li><li>Organize and manage documented processes in a logical and accessible format. </li></ul> <p>Lab Support:</p> <ul> <li>Assist with basic lab tasks as needed, such as preparing samples, cleaning equipment and organizing supplies. </li><li>Follow established laboratory procedures and safety protocols, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment. </li><li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality processes. </li><li>Perform other related duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Who You Are:</p> <ul> <li>Currently pursuing a degree in Biology, Chemistry, Food Science or related field. </li><li>Familiarity with basic laboratory terminology and procedures. </li><li>Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. </li><li>Excellent written communication and documentation skills. </li><li>Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks. </li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team. </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) </li></ul>
