<p>Food Service Worker (Cashier/Dishwasher/Server)</p> <p>Hours: 8:00am - 1:15pm (26.25 hours per week) - benefits and Middlesex County Retirement System eligible</p> <p>$17.20 per hour (A.F.S.C.M.E. Unit Salary Schedule - Step 1)</p> <p>Responsible to: Kitchen Manager</p> <p>Job Summary: Under the direction of the Kitchen Manager, the Food Service Worker fulfills various tasks essential to the daily functioning of the Food Service program.</p> <p>Responsibilities includes the following, but not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate as a team member by actively participating in food preparation and daily production of breakfast, lunch, snacks, encompassing tasks such as prepping, cooking, serving, cleaning, and more. </li><li>Prepare food according to the planned menu and standardized </li><li>Serve accurate portions of each product in adherence to the National School Lunch and Breakfast Nutrition </li><li>Understand and comply with the requirements of a reimbursable </li><li>Assist in the daily cleaning of all kitchen areas, including washing and sanitizing serving, prepping, and storage </li><li>Keep accurate records as instructed, including but not limited to Adults and Students without accounts in Point of Sale, Production Records, Temperature Logs, and Cash </li><li>Assist in cleaning kitchen and storage areas at intervals during the year as directed by the Kitchen </li><li>Work efficiently and precisely under </li><li>Adhere to all HACCP regulations for sanitation, food handling, and </li><li>Email must be checked, at a minimum, once a </li><li>Maintain positive working relations with colleagues, demonstrating consideration, patience, respect, and self-control. </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned by the Kitchen Manager or Food Service </li><li>Report to the assigned school to substitute as needed or directed by the Food Service </li></ul> <p>Physical Demands:</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to lift cases up to 40 pounds and carry them to/from storage areas </li><li>Prolonged standing and reaching </li><li>Tolerance for variations in temperature, including working in cold or hot </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Serve Safe Certification is required, obtainable within one year </li><li>Allergen Training is required, certification obtainable after </li><li>CPR certification is required, obtainable after </li></ul> <p>Lincoln, Massachusetts</p> <p>Lincoln is a residential suburb located 12 miles northwest of Boston.
