<p>Junior High / High School Principal</p> <p>Kalida Local School District is seeking a strong educational leader to serve as Grades 7-12 Principal beginning in the 2025-2026 school year.</p> <p>The successful candidate should demonstrate strong personal and professional standards, be dedicated to academic excellence and have a high level of visibility and accessibility to the students, staff and the community.</p> <p>Qualifications: The district is looking for an excellent educational leader who demonstrates initiative and has a track record of improving student achievement in a collaborative environment.</p> <p>The successful candidate must possess dynamic leadership skills; excellent communication skills (both written and oral) with students, parents, and staff; excellent organizational skills; the ability to apply critical thinking skills; and the ability to multi-task.</p> <p>Administrative experience at the high school level preferred.</p> <p>The candidate must possess a valid administrative license.</p> <p>Certification/Licensure Requirements: Ohio Principal Certificate or Principal License (Grades 7-12)/K-12 or Ohio Previous high school experience is preferred.</p> <p>Successful candidates must have the ability to provide an acceptable BCI/FBI background check.</p> <p>Pay & Benefits: Pay and benefits competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.</p> <p>212 day contract (negotiable) to begin August 1, 2025.
