<p>POSITION:</p> <ul> <li>Social Studies - High School Teacher </li><li>Champion High School - Grades 9-12 </li></ul> <p>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Valid Ohio teaching license/certification in Adolescent to Young Adult (7-12) Integrated Social Studies (or eligibility to obtain one). </li><li>Student teaching experience or equivalent classroom experience at the high school level. </li><li>Strong knowledge of social studies curriculum frameworks and Ohio's Learning Standards for Social Studies. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to develop and implement engaging and differentiated lesson plans. </li><li>Experience using a variety of instructional strategies and technologies to enhance learning. </li><li>Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. </li><li>Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues. </li><li>Knowledge of assessment strategies to monitor student progress and provide meaningful feedback. </li><li>Commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for social studies education. </li></ul> <p>DUTIES:</p> <ul> <li>As per job description. </li></ul> <p>REMUNERATION:</p> <ul> <li>As per negotiated agreement </li></ul> <p>START DATE:</p> <ul> <li>August 15, 2025 </li></ul> <p>APPLICATION PROCESS:</p> <ul> <li>Interested applicants may apply in writing for the position listed by sending a letter of interest, resume, college transcripts, and background checks to: </li></ul> <p>Superintendent John J.
