<p>JR & CO is Hiring a Service Account Manager in Denver, CO</p> <p>Applicants must be local OR self-relocate before their first day.</p> <p>Service Account Manager</p> <p>Position Overview: This position is responsible for efficiently performing various types of roofing installations utilizing safe work practices as well as overall work performance, quality, and job site safety of crew members. Additionally, the Service Account Manager is responsible for assessing JR&CO client needs, following up with the sales and management on leads while meeting assigned goals.</p> <p>Essential Service Account Manager Job Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Assess potential customers' roofing needs in a professional manner </li><li>Manage service assignments and customer expectations </li><li>Drive sales opportunities from incoming leads and generate new lead sources. </li><li>Engage potential customers by offering roof inspections, inquiring about building maintenance, and dispersing JR&CO marketing materials </li><li>Communicate with sales and management personnel about sales opportunities </li><li>Coordinate and communicate service repair schedule adjustments to customers and management </li><li>Clean, maintain, and stock assigned work vehicles </li><li>Ensure all necessary materials are stocked in the warehouse </li><li>Aid in inventory control </li><li>Organize and schedule with multiple clients and job scopes </li><li>Communicate with sales and management about job status and updates </li><li>Clock hours for service jobs </li><li>Accurately complete and log jobs in Buildertrend </li><li>Complete work orders and submit the orders for payment </li><li>Perform smaller repairs sold </li></ul> <p>Minimum Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED </li><li>2-4 years of experience in roofing (preferred) </li><li>Experience working with metal roofing, coping, and the above, listed materials </li></ul> <p>Required Skills and Abilities:</p> <ul> <li>Vast knowledge of roofing applications, systems, and repair methods. </li><li>Excellent customer relations skills for service and potential sales </li><li>Ability to assess potential customers' roofing needs in a professional manner </li><li>Valid Driver's License (MO Class E/IA Class C or equivalent) </li><li>Deadline oriented </li><li>OSHA 10 certified </li><li>Ability to work independently and follow instructions with minimal need for direction and oversight </li><li>Ability to obtain security clearance on military job sites </li><li>Demonstrated time management and organizational skills </li><li>Detail-oriented </li><li>Embody and model JR&CO values of Family Culture, JR Attitude (humility, teachable), Extreme Ownership, Grow or Die (growth mindset, motivated, innovative) </li><li>Always represent JR&CO in a positive manner </li><li>Must demonstrate respect to customers, supervisors, and team members, communicating all concerns in a professional manner and always adhering to standards of conduct and company policies </li></ul> <p>Work Environment/Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Pass initial drug test and participate in random drug test program </li><li>Willing to travel </li><li>Ability to perform elevated work (work on rooftops, heights) </li><li>Frequently lift and carry 50lbs or greater </li><li>Frequent bending, kneeling, walking </li><li>Outdoor environment in all types of weather (8+ hours per day) </li><li>Overtime and weekend work </li></ul> <p>Work Location: In person</p> <p>Ability to Relocate:</p> <ul> <li>Denver, CO -- Local Applicants or required to relocate before starting work </li></ul> <p>At J.R. & Co., Inc., we're not just building roofs-we're building careers.
