<p>The role would be a part of a team responsible for the flawless execution/launch of new programs from equipment installation through SORP. The role is responsible for the creation and documentation of plans to engineering team and initiation of new processes and tools.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Equipment Runoff </li><li>Collaboration with the Operations Launch Team on Program Deliverables: </li><li>PFMEAs Review / Simulation Review / Control Plans / Launch Deliverables / Error Proofing / NOK Plans </li><li>Plant Equipment Install / Debug / Launch / Continuous Improvement. </li><li>Project management for Project Execution. </li><li>Develop and lead the PPAP review meetings in area of responsibility utilizing the PPAP checklist, capturing exceptions. </li><li>Lead the lessons learned gathering activity and feedback the information to the central process team for BOE/BOP updates. </li><li>Closure of all ME open issues for Launch Deliverables. </li><li>Ownership of the solution from problem discovery through solution validation </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Experience as a Manufacturing/Process Engineer, for an assembly process, as part of the launch of a new part or program </li><li>Must have experience with and understand the PPAP process </li><li>Must have experience with machine run-off - validation runs (Factory Acceptance Test), measurement system analysis (MSA), failure modes & effects analysis (FMEA), process capability index (CPK), safety validation, fault recovery, dry-cycle testing </li><li>Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent </li><li>Manufacturing Project Management/Execution preferred </li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and complex projects with a high level of autonomy and accountability for results. </li><li>Experience in troubleshooting equipment </li><li>Root cause identification and technical problem solving </li></ul> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $125000.00/yr.</p> <p>Will need to gather from Topre</p> <p>Workplace Type</p> <p>This is a fully onsite position in Spring Hill,TN.</p> <p>Application Deadline</p> <p>This position is anticipated to close on May 21, 2025.</p> <p>About Actalent</p> <p>Actalent is a global leader in engineering and sciences services and talent solutions.
