<p>Executive Sourcer</p> <p>Talent Equity, Attraction & Insights</p> <p>Full-Time</p> <p>Remote US</p> <p>Candidates residing within a 50-mile radius of the Springfield, MA office will follow a hybrid work schedule, requiring them to be onsite three days a week.</p> <p>The Opportunity</p> <p>We are seeking a Sourcer to join our Executive Recruiting team. The successful candidate will excel in building connections, be driven by the challenge of identifying top executive talent, and enjoy collaborating with a team dedicated to achieving shared goals. The team culture is collaborative and cross-functional,</p> <p>The Impact</p> <ul> <li>Lead sourcing efforts for leadership roles, focusing on identifying and engaging top-tier talent to ensure successful outcomes. </li><li>Design and implement innovative search strategies to attract top-tier talent. </li><li>Conduct competitive intelligence to understand the talent landscape and identify top performers at competitor organizations. </li><li>Build and maintain a diverse talent pipeline of high-potential candidates for current and future executive roles. </li><li>Utilize both traditional and emerging channels to build candidate pools. </li></ul> <p>The Minimum Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>10+ years of progressive experience in executive search, sourcing, and recruiting within competitive and complex markets. </li></ul> <p>The Ideal Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Expertise in sourcing strategies and candidate lead generation. </li><li>Skilled in influencing and advising executive leadership to drive strategic talent decisions. </li><li>Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring passive candidates. </li><li>Proficient in communicating the company's value proposition and differentiators to prospective candidates. </li><li>Experience in recruiting for Insurance, Investments, and Technology roles is required. </li><li>Thrive in dynamic, fast-paced, and autonomous work settings. </li><li>Highly self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding stretch goals. </li></ul> <p>#LI-DNI</p> <p>Salary Range:</p> <p>$118,900.00-$156,000.00</p> <p>At MassMutual, we focus on ensuring fair equitable pay, by providing competitive salaries, along with incentive and bonus opportunities for all employees.
