<p>Your Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Set up of operating machines including first checks and test sequences </li><li>Oversee ramp up of machines after setup procedure and support Operators in operating the machines </li><li>Support maintenance in the repair, prevention of downtime and inspection of machines </li><li>Follow documented procedures and processes and maintain accurate records and tracking </li><li>Check finished product/product component and submits for approval </li><li>Follow all safety and production rules and ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times </li></ul> <p>Your Qualifications</p> <p>Required:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED equivalent </li><li>Ability to use instruments for measuring and to identify defects </li><li>Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English </li><li>Ability to operate basic machinery </li><li>Good visual acuity </li><li>Ability to lift medium-heavy objects if required </li><li>Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship </li></ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of one (1) year of experience operating machines in a manufacturing environment </li><li>Experience working with power tools </li></ul> <p>Our Offering</p> <ul> <li>Salary Range: $20.45 - $23.00 </li><li>Hiring Bonus: $1,500 paid out in steps </li><li>Medical, dental and vision insurance </li><li>Life insurance and 401k eligible with up to 6% company match </li><li>Please see all our benefit offerings at Schaeffler Benefits </li></ul>
