Together we are actualizing our vision to be the most beloved brand for homeowners in their next chapter.</p> <p>To learn more about us, visit www.financeofamerica.com</p> <p>Job Purpose:</p> <p>Responsible for supporting the Wholesale Reverse business by assisting mortgage brokers and bankers.</p> <p>Expectations</p> <ul> <li>Assists partners with upfront approval and annual recertification using Comergence. </li><li>Reviews Software/LOS Installation with newly setup users. </li><li>Sets up newly approved accounts with licenses and products. </li><li>Sets up new users in Reverse Vision, Quantum Reverse, Link, Salesforce and Xcelerate. </li><li>Prepares lock confirmations. </li><li>Performs other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications - Education Requirements</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED </li></ul> <p>Qualifications - Experience/Skills/Competencies</p> <ul> <li>Sales/operations experience in the reverse mortgage industry </li><li>Well organized and experienced with supporting a sales group and individual Senior Account Executives. </li><li>Ability to simultaneously manage multiple time sensitive projects and work in fast paced environment </li><li>Detailed oriented self-starter, ability to work independently. </li><li>Ability to problem solve and handle complex customer calls </li><li>Ability to handle a minimum of 70 emails and/or phone messages a day with a high level of customer service </li><li>Excellent time management skills </li><li>Strong verbal communication skills </li></ul> <p>Reports To</p> <ul> <li>AVP, Wholesale Sales Support </li></ul> <p>Compensation</p> <p>The base salary range for this position is ($45,000 - $50,000 ) inclusive of all geographical differences in the labor market. The base salary for the position will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's work location, skills, education, and experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members in determining any final offer.
