This is a full-time opportunity for those who enjoy working outdoors, using their hands, and being part of a collaborative team environment.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Perform general plant maintenance and equipment repairs.</p> </li><li> <p>Complete daily preventative maintenance and safety inspections.</p> </li><li> <p>Troubleshoot and replace screens, conveyor belts, and system components.</p> </li><li> <p>Use hand and power tools, including cutting, grinding, and impact tools.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow company safety policies.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with mobile and stationary equipment operation when needed.</p> </li></ul> <p>Core Skills and Competencies</p> <ul> <li> <p>Mechanical Aptitude: Familiarity with belts, pulleys, bearings, and industrial equipment.</p> </li><li> <p>Problem Solving: Ability to assess and repair mechanical issues efficiently.</p> </li><li> <p>Attention to Detail: Thorough in inspections and documentation of maintenance tasks.</p> </li><li> <p>Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for working with team members and supervisors.</p> </li><li> <p>Physical Endurance: Capable of lifting 50 lbs, working in all weather conditions, and climbing ladders and stairs over 24 feet.</p> </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>High school diploma or GED.</p> </li><li> <p>Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.</p> </li><li> <p>Proven work ethic with a willingness to learn and grow within the company.</p> </li><li> <p>Previous experience in aggregate, limestone, or heavy industrial environments is a plus.</p> </li></ul>
