<p>Job Summary:</p> <p>Provide Program Management support to Government personnel and programs that support the department, division or branch activities at Naval Surface Warfare Center - Indian Head. This position is not remote and is in office on NSWC Indian Head.</p> <p>Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Master's degree in Project Management or Business Administration </li><li>10 years' experience in Program Management; experience with Naval Surface Warfare Center operation is preferred </li><li>Experience managing complex teams of professionals providing support across multiple areas </li><li>PMP certification preferred </li></ul> <p>Essential Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Assist in milestone planning and tracking; evaluate program schedules, track deliverables, and prepare and submit monthly status reports </li><li>Attend meetings and reviews as directed by the Government </li><li>Provide oversight for contract team, interface directly with internal and external clients </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skill and Abilities:</p> <ul> <li>Strong communication skills </li><li>Ability to establish clear processes and identify the objectives and measures for success necessary to achieve desired outcomes. </li><li>Skilled at identifying key issues, risks, problems and utilizing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to determine project status and maintain trajectory. </li></ul> <p>The projected salary range for this position is $110,000-$160,000 and is based on experience and contractual requirements.
