This position requires a foundation of software development knowledge, and the ability to work in an Agile team environment. You should be adaptable, possess a wide range of technical skills, and demonstrate the ability to understand financial services business requirements. You should be a strong 'utility' type programmer with the ability to switch context quickly and efficiently with project managers, database engineers, technical operations and other platform personnel.</p> <p>What you will do:</p> <ul> <li>Develop code based on reading and understanding business and functional requirements following the Agile process </li><li>Produce high-quality code to meet all project deadlines and ensuring the functionality matches the requirements </li><li>Analyze and resolve issues found during the testing or pre-production phases of the software delivery lifecycle, coordinate changes with project team leaders and cross-work team members. </li><li>Provide technical support to project team members and respond to inquiries regarding errors or questions about programs. </li><li>Interact with architects, technical leads, team members and project managers as required to address technical and schedule issues. </li><li>Suggest and implement process improvements for estimating, development and testing processes. </li></ul> <p>What we need from you:</p> <ul> <li>BS Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or another related field or equivalent. </li><li>A minimum of 5 years prior work experience working with an application development organization; must demonstrate experience delivering systems and projects from inception through implementation. </li><li>Possesses solid software development and programming skills, with an understanding of design patterns, and software development best practices </li><li>Excellent knowledge in Hyland OnBase system and hands on design and development experience. </li><li>Must have development experience in VB Script, JavaScript, HTML, CSS and C#. </li><li>Must have configuration experience for Folders, Autofills, DIP and COLD.Must be able to develop Eforms, Unity forms and Unity scripts. Should be familiar with Jira and Confluence. </li><li>Should be hands on with OnBase modules like Client, Config, Web Client, Unity Client. DocPop, FolderPop, Unity Management Console, OnBase Studio. </li><li>Prior knowledge in working for Integration to and from OnBase, Hyland API and Rest API. </li><li>Hands-on experience in development and support of OnBase workflows and OnBase Administration. </li><li>In-depth knowledge Hyland OnBase systems and excellent troubleshooting skills. </li><li>Working knowledge of relational databases, preferably MS SQL. </li></ul> <p>What we would like from you:</p> <ul> <li>OnBase Certifications preferred </li><li>Excellent communication skills </li><li>Strong system/ technical analysis skills </li><li>Self-motivation with an ability to prioritize multiple tasks Excellent collaboration, communications, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills </li><li>Ability to think creatively and seek optimum solutions </li><li>Diagnostic skills with the ability to analyze technical, business and financial issues and options </li><li>Someone who will embody our SEI Values of courage, integrity, collaboration, inclusion, connection and fun.
