This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional workplace experience through the management of site facilities, front-of-house services, pantry operations, and events support. As the on-site lead, you will ensure a seamless, welcoming, and high-quality environment for employees, clients, and visitors. You will oversee day-to-day operations while driving service excellence, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.
