<p>Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Project Manager in support of our enterprise telecommunications and mass media client based in Greenwood Village, CO.</p> <p>Roles and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Planning: Define project scope; Work with stakeholders to clarify project objectives, deliverables, and timelines </li><li>Create project plans: Develop GitLab and Jira, detailing phases, milestones, and deadlines </li><li>Coordination: Conduct daily stand-up meetings; Facilitate quick status updates with the team to identify blockers and align on priorities </li><li>Conduct bi-weekly backlog grooming: Facilitate backlog grooming and identify issues to be brought into next sprint </li><li>Conduct demos at end of each sprint: Facilitate demo of work within the team at end of each sprint </li><li>Manage stakeholder communications: Regularly update stakeholders on project status, risks, blockers, and changes through meetings or reports </li><li>Manage customer communication: Update customers on status, risks, blockers through email </li><li>Execution: Oversee project team activities; Monitor team progress, provide support where necessary, and ensure adherence to project timelines </li><li>Allocate resources: Ensure team members have the tools and resources they need to complete their tasks effectively </li><li>Monitoring: Track project progress; Use metrics and KPIs to assess performance against the project plan </li><li>Conduct risk management: Identify potential risks, analyze their impact, and implement mitigation strategies </li><li>Reporting: Prepare progress reports; Compile and present updates for stakeholders, summarizing achievements, challenges, and next steps (weekly) </li><li>Document lessons learned: At the end of phases or projects, review what went well and what could be improved for future projects (quarterly) </li><li>Continuous Improvement: Reflect on project methodologies; Analyze processes and tools used; Recommend improvements based on team feedback and project outcomes* 10+ years of experience </li><li>Role requires excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis and problem-solving skills </li><li>Specialized knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word </li></ul>
