<p>Kforce has a client that is looking for a Linux on Z/LinuxONE Consultant. This position is remote and is scheduled for a year in duration with the possibility of extension.* 7+ years of experience deploying and/or administering Linux on IBM zSystems or LinuxONE</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience working with Redhat, Canonical Ubuntu, or SUSE Linux distributions </li><li>5+ years of experience working with Redhat OpenShift </li><li>5+ years of experience in client-facing communications, requirements analysis, documentation, creating presentations, presenting to client staff, and speaking at an executive level </li><li>5+ years of experience working with clients that demonstrate Strong problem determination and debugging skills </li><li>5+ years of experience administering Linux system including installation, maintenance, storage, and networking aspects </li><li>Candidate will be required to help architect and implement Linux migration solutions </li></ul> <p>Preferred Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Expert consultative knowledge on a wide array of Linux on zSystems/LinuxONE based technologies </li><li>Leading technical teams </li><li>Execute role with strong negotiating skills and demonstrated problem solving </li><li>Execute role with strong project management skills </li><li>Size and scope services engagements </li><li>Ability to interact with and present to client's Executive management </li><li>Ability to interact with and feedback to IBM development organizations </li></ul>
