Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management or a related field. Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from inception to completion. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Proficient in construction management software and tools.
