<p>Job Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Implements and maintains a variety of accounts and account procedures.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinates paraprofessional business support activities associated with procurement, supply, fiscal management and budgeting at the institution.</p> </li><li> <p>Controls expenditures from petty cash fund, ensuring budget controls are met and budget transfers are initiated as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Serves as the coordinator for inmate pin numbers.</p> </li><li> <p>Requisition forms, supplies and equipment and maintains business records and files.</p> </li><li> <p>Serves as inmate pay coordinator, resolving problems with inmate pay.</p> </li><li> <p>Back up duties will include Canteen operations and IRC sponsor.</p> </li></ul> <p>Must successfully complete four (4) week SCDC Basic Training upon hire.</p> <p>Questions regarding the application process, this job posting or any other postings with the SCDC should be directed to:</p> <p>Recruiting and Employment Services</p> <p>(803) 896-1649</p> <p>Employment@doc.sc.gov</p> <p>Minimum and Additional Requirements</p> <p>State of South Carolina Minimum Requirements:</p> <p>A high school diploma and work experience that is directly related to the area of employment.
