<p>Job#: 3026652</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>Epic Ambulatory Trainer (Remote)</p> <p>Apex Systems</p> <p>Overview:</p> <p>Apex Systems is seeking an experienced Epic Ambulatory Trainer to support ambulatory providers and staff through high-quality Epic training and education. This role focuses on delivering live and virtual training, supporting system upgrades, and driving adoption of Epic Ambulatory workflows.</p> <p>Location:</p> <ul> <li>100% Remote </li><li>Candidates must sit in Central or Eastern time zones </li></ul> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Deliver live and virtual Epic Ambulatory training for providers and staff </li><li>Serve as a subject matter expert in EpicCare Ambulatory, Cadence, and Resolute PB </li><li>Support onboarding, ongoing education, and Epic upgrades/new functionality </li><li>Collaborate with analysts, instructional designers, and operational leaders </li><li>Participate in testing and reviewing training materials in the iLearn environment </li><li>Identify opportunities to improve training delivery and workflow adoption </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree required </li><li>4+ years of Epic application training experience </li><li>Epic credentialed in Ambulatory, Cadence, and PB (Resolute) </li><li>Strong ambulatory workflow knowledge and adult learning experience </li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder-facing skills </li></ul> <p>Preferred:</p> <ul> <li>Ambulatory-focused background </li><li>Experience with optimization, reporting, or upgrade support </li><li>Comfort managing multiple training initiatives in a fast-paced environment </li></ul> <p>Team Environment:</p> <ul> <li>Join a team of experienced Epic trainers </li><li>Current focus on ambulatory workflows, Cadence and PB optimization, and reporting initiatives </li></ul> <p>Apex Systems is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
