<p>Job Title: Technician</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>This role involves troubleshooting, programming, and inspecting Surface Mount Technology (SMT) machines. Candidates may also be required to perform soldering on Printed Circuit Boards (PCB) while utilizing a microscope.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Troubleshoot and program SMT machines. </li><li>Conduct inspections related to SMT machines. </li><li>Perform soldering on PCB using a microscope. </li><li>Utilize Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) techniques. </li><li>Ensure quality and functionality of circuit boards and PCBA. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Experience with SMT machines, specifically Samsung or Hanwha. </li><li>Proficiency in Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) operating and programming. </li><li>Ability to perform SMT and through-hole soldering, rework, or repair. </li><li>Familiarity with IPC-610 standards. </li><li>Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience with microscope assembly and soldering PCB. </li><li>Knowledge of Surface Mount Technology (SMT) programming. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>The facility includes both office and manufacturing sites and maintains international ties and capabilities within the US.
