If the student works one semester, the performance evaluation will be completed after that semester</p> <p>Purpose of Position: The role of Finance Department Intern provides support for all areas within the Cincinnati Recreation Commission.</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Reconciling cash receipts. </li><li>Compare cash receipt documentation received from the Recreation Centers to what has been deposited in the bank. </li><li>Write up cash receipts summary workpapers to reflect the appropriate accounting code to post to the general ledger. </li><li>Input data from cash receipts summary into Excel general ledger. </li><li>Research data in Rec Trac point of sale system and bank transaction journals. </li></ul>
