<p>Coupa System Administrator</p> <p>This role will serve as the global Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all functional groups, providing comprehensive support for the Coupa e-procurement application. The SME must offer exceptional guidance in application support, process governance, and general application activities. The SME will be expected to influence or establish policies for both Finance/AP and Global Sourcing.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Lead the implementation of Coupa system maintenance, including three annual upgrades that may impact both processes and policies. </li><li>Coupa Application Administration: </li><li>Create and build reports. </li><li>Maintain and update Master Data taxonomy. </li><li>Perform data analysis. </li><li>Create queries. </li><li>Approve roles and user levels. </li><li>Collaborate with IT to manage integration/error log reviews. </li><li>Utilize reporting to drive system adoption and maximize value creation for Global Sourcing and efficiency for Finance/AP. </li><li>Ensure users possess and maintain the skills to effectively utilize Coupa. </li><li>Research, compile, and assemble data to assist users in preparing various reports. </li><li>Recommend process improvements and enhancements for application usage. </li><li>Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Global Sourcing to provide Coupa application support, identify training needs, and drive functionality and business process improvements. </li><li>Advocate for the expanded use of Coupa company-wide. </li><li>Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for the overall purchase-to-pay process. </li><li>Lead liaison between 3rd party software, Suppliers and Sylvamo </li><li>Develop training and orientation programs for advanced Coupa system functions and issues. </li><li>Coordinate assistance calls with Coupa across various departments and manage Coupa release upgrades, special projects, and conversions. </li><li>Handle conversion and special project work as assigned. § Assist with Internal and external performance benchmarking </li><li>Collaborate with the supplier enablement led to monitor supplier onboarding. </li></ul> <p>Required Skills and Knowledge</p> <ul> <li>Comfort reporting out to Senior Leaders. </li><li>Development Minded. </li><li>Inclusive and Collaborative. </li><li>Knowledge of global procure to pay practices. </li><li>Strong analytical skills. </li><li>Oral and written communication skills on both technical and non-technical situations. </li><li>Ability to work in fast-paced environment, set priorities, work under pressure, and follow through with assigned tasks with limited supervision. </li><li>Ability to work extra hours as needed to complete assignments. </li><li>Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information and situations. </li><li>Position requires a high degree of independent thinking and initiative.
