Ryerson offers a dynamic, quality-focused, environment, ideal for advancing your career and making your mark in the metals industry.</p> <p>As a Fabrication Sales Specialist at Ryerson, you will be responsible for Ryerson processing customer orders, making sales calls, and working to establish relationships with customers. In this particular role, you will also work with customers to interpret and qualify requested fabrication projects.</p> <p>Roles and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Build territory/account approach and monitor resources </li><li>Works with different departments to execute account development plans </li><li>Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision </li><li>Interpret and qualify customer-provided documents such as prints, CAD files, and specifications </li><li>Manage part specific supply chains by utilizing internal and external processing assets to meet customer quality and delivery requirements </li><li>Estimate material, labor, and delivery options on a part-level basis and develop contract pricing templates based on awarded work </li><li>Identifies problems and all relevant issues in straightforward situations, assesses each using standard procedures, and makes sound decisions </li><li>Prioritizes concurrent customer's demands and provides satisfactory service to all </li><li>Balances concurrent requests for assistance from internal and external customers for customer service issues </li><li>All other duties as assigned or duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree preferred </li><li>Prior sales or industry experience is preferred </li><li>Able to read and interpret blueprints </li><li>Experience using AutoCAD </li><li>Excellent professional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills required </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, Word) required </li><li>Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a rapidly changing environment </li></ul> <p>Salary: $62,732.80- $94,099.20 annually plus additional sales incentives.
