<p>For our Haifa site, we are looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to join a central Headquarters & GO team focused on engineering process acceleration through AI, automation, and digital platforms.</p> <p>If you are a systems engineer who deeply understands how large-scale engineering organizations operate and wants to drive transformation from within - this is your opportunity to be part of a team that is redefining how engineers work, within a leading defense organization delivering real impact on national and international programs.</p> <p>Come join a small, high-impact team operating at the HQ level, working across divisions and disciplines, bringing advanced technologies into practical, everyday engineering use.</p> <p>In this role you will</p> <p>Analyze engineering workflows across systems, software, and multi-disciplinary programs</p> <p>Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies and translate them into acceleration opportunities and practical solutions</p> <p>Define requirements for scalable solutions across engineering domains</p> <p>Support the design, pilot, and rollout of automation and AI-driven solutions</p> <p>Work hands-on with engineering teams to drive adoption and measurable impact</p> <p>Define success metrics and track improvements in productivity, quality, and adoption</p> <p>Build reusable playbooks and best practices to enable scale</p> <p>Operate from an HQ perspective - building trust, influencing without direct authority, and securing buy-in from business divisions</p> <p>Requirements</p> <p>B.Sc. in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field</p> <p>2-5 years of experience in complex engineering environments (systems / multi-disciplinary)</p> <p>Strong understanding of engineering lifecycles (requirements, V&V, systems engineering)</p> <p>Familiarity with Microsoft 365 collaboration and automation capabilities</p> <p>Practical experience with AI tools, AI agents, LLMs, prompt engineering, or automation</p> <p>Experience in defense, aerospace, or large engineering organizations - Advantage</p> <p>High-level English proficiency</p> <p>Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to influence without formal authority</p> <ul> <li>Only relevant applications will be answered </li></ul> <p>#Haifa</p>
