<p>Job Title: Civil Project Manager</p> <p>Job Description</p> <p>The Civil Project Manager will be responsible for managing design projects, directly liaising with clients, and modifying reports, specifications, plans, permits, and designs. The role requires direct communication and attending client meetings, as well as assisting in the analysis of reports, maps, drawings, and tests to plan and design projects. Utilizing computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to prepare engineering documents is essential. The individual will also perform other duties as required and manage junior Engineers in Training (EITs). The candidate should be looking to take their Professional Engineer (PE) exam in a year or have recently passed it.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Manage design and projects directly with clients. </li><li>Modify reports, specifications, plans, permits, and designs for projects. </li><li>Engage in direct communication and attend client meetings. </li><li>Assist in analyzing reports, maps, drawings, and tests for project planning and design. </li><li>Use computer-assisted engineering and design software to prepare documents. </li><li>Perform other duties as required. </li><li>Manage junior Engineers in Training (EITs). </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Proficiency in Civil 3D and AutoCAD. </li><li>Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university. </li><li>EIT Certification preferred. </li><li>4-6 years of experience in civil engineering. </li><li>Experience with civil site design projects. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience using AutoCAD and/or MicroStation is preferred. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>The work environment is rooted in a company with a rich history, having been established in 1979.
