<p>Advantage xPO is hiring a first shift General Labor/Line Assistant in Neenah, WI.</p> <p>Job description & Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Assist with the operation of pilot machine equipment </li><li>Must have knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and safe operating procedures within a particular technical field </li><li>Assist with setup and monitoring of process equipment and perform general manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, lifting, moving materials, and general housekeeping. Assists a variety of functions with manual labor tasks as needed. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job </li><li>Perform moderately complex tasks under the direction of an experienced machine operator or customer </li><li>Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and guidelines </li><li>Documents actions by completing production and quality forms </li><li>Has basic understanding and use of Microsoft- Word, Excel </li><li>Works well in group settings or alone </li><li>Adaptability to work in a rapidly changing environment </li><li>Has good interpersonal skills </li><li>Has good written/oral communication skills </li><li>Ability to team lift 50lbs, and up to 20lbs on your own (some assembly jobs will require strength to lift heavy objects during the assembly process) </li></ul> <ol start="7"> <li>Must be able to work in a team environment and meet deadlines while working independently.
