<p>General Purpose:</p> <p>Assist guests with check in and check out and serve as an information source for guests.</p> <p>Please note this is a seasonal role lasting 6 months or less</p> <p>days/nights weekdays/weekends</p> <p>Essential Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Accurately posts all charges to guest's bills. </li><li>Checks all guests in and out of the resort based on established procedures. </li><li>Promotes activities and special events the facilities. </li><li>Provides accurate and complete information about the resort and the surrounding area. </li><li>Answers guest questions and provides directions. </li><li>Accountable for all cash, checks and credit card receipts. </li><li>Accountable for all printed folios and required supporting paperwork. </li><li>Activates the appropriate emergency procedures in the event of a fire, accident, weather or medical emergency. </li><li>Assists with faxing, copying and message taking duties. </li><li>Promptly answers the phone and direct calls to the appropriate location. </li><li>Regular and reliable attendance. </li><li>Performs other duties as required. </li></ul> <p>Education/Experience:</p> <p>High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</p> <p>Physical Demands:</p> <p>Frequently stands, walks, talks and hears. Regularly uses hands, reaches with arms and hands. Occasionally sits, stoops, kneels, crouches or crawls.
