<p>Under minimal supervision, define and clearly articulate requirements (user stories) and acceptance criteria (user cases). Owns the product vision and product backlog. Coordinates with other product managers and business architects to ensure the cohesiveness of the overall user experience. Stays current on competitive trends/threads and identifies opportunities to beat market expectations. Manages requirements and prioritization within the product backlog through business value Roi, alignment with product strategy, and resource capacity. Perform other duties as assigned.</p> <p>Requirements</p> <p>Bachelor's degree or equivalent* in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or 5 years of equivalent work experience in information technology or engineering environment. The employer will alternatively accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related field plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or 3 years of equivalent work experience in information technology or engineering environment in lieu of a Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of experience. The position requires experience with: Business/System Solution Design; Business /System Analysis Methodologies; Requirement Management; Business/System Modelling; SAFe/Agile, Methodologies; Data Analysis using SQL; Project Management; System Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis; and Test Planning. Communication skills.
