<p>DESCRIPTION:</p> <p>The College of Arts, Sciences, and Professional Studies at Gwynedd Mercy University is seeking to fill a full-time staff position to support its graduate programs. The position interfaces with faculty, staff, graduate students, and vendors.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Create, coordinate, and manage the flow of graduate program information. </li><li>Prepare, maintain, and update student and faculty records that may be necessary for program management and accreditation reports. </li><li>Liaise with academic advisors to track student progress and maintain program data. </li><li>Prepare reports for program directors as needed (e.g.: enrollment, graduation, and assessment data). </li><li>Manage vendor accounts, including reconciliation and payment of invoices. </li><li>Organize program travel, accommodations, and events, including large student residencies. </li><li>Order and oversee the distribution of textbooks, supplies, and materials. </li><li>Serve as liaison between the program directors and students, staff, faculty (both full-time and adjunct), administration, and external partners. </li><li>Assist in maintaining dissertation records. </li><li>In collaboration with the program directors, manage the prior learning assessment (PLA) process for ABD students, and the comprehensive assessment (Professional Practice Portfolio) for all EdD students. </li><li>Assist with program promotion through social media posts on University-sponsored accounts. </li></ul> <p>POSITION REQUIREMENTS AND EXPECTATIONS</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution. </li><li>Exemplary organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to communicate in writing using standard written English including grammar, spelling, punctuation, and vocabulary. </li><li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, organizational applications, and social media. </li><li>Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others. </li><li>Initiative to support growing academic programs. </li><li>Availability for some evening and weekend events. </li><li>Experience with program accreditation is preferred. </li></ul> <p>EOE STATEMENT: Gwynedd Mercy University is committed to maintaining a positive learning, working, and living environment that is free from unlawful discrimination and harassment.
