<p>PRN Home Health SLP Speech Language Pathologist - Empath Home Health - Port Charlotte, North Port</p> <p>Empath Home Health, a member of Empath Health, is seeking a compassionate PRN Home Health SLP to provide treatment to patients in their homes in the Port Charlotte, North Port, and surrounding area to improve sensory-motor development, perception, memory, language, and cognition.
