Have the desire to help clients meet the challenges of their Project Financial Management needs. Use your know-how, creativity, and analytical powers to solve clients' most complex business problems. You must be comfortable leading projects and teams and the details of workstreams and configuring Oracle Project Management Cloud solutions. You are specialized in Oracle Project Management Cloud and certified within the last 12 months. Additionally, you have the communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game.</p> <p>The Work:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Facilitates design workshops with business stakeholders to understand business requirements; demonstrates understanding of business needs and recommend robust design</p> </li><li> <p>Contribute to large-scale, global work streams requiring cross workstream knowledge of Oracle Fixed Assets Cloud</p> </li><li> <p>Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create a stand-out Projects solution offering powered by Oracle Fixed Assets Cloud</p> </li><li> <p>Lead teams to design, set-up, test, and deploy Oracle Fixed Assets solutions and ensure that all the pieces work together in an integrated environment</p> </li><li> <p>Understand Oracle Cloud Fixed Assets data model conversions and advise business teams on conversion strategies and leading practices</p> </li><li> <p>Guide and lead the testing cycles teams as well as perform cutover activities as required for go-live preparation</p> </li><li> <p>Plan and organize tasks and report progress on the track/deliverables</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrate an end-to-end solution to the client during hands on Oracle demonstrations</p> </li></ul> <p>Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.</p> <p>Qualification</p> <p>What you Need:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Minimum of 6 years experience working with Oracle Applications</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of 4 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Fixed Assets Cloud</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of 3 year's experience in a functional advisory or consulting role on Oracle Cloud transformation Project</p> </li><li> <p>Minimum of 2 full life-cycle Oracle Cloud Fixed Assets implementations</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent (minimum 6-year working experience)</p> </li><li> <p>Oracle Fixed Assets Cloud Certification</p> </li></ul> <p>Bonus Points If:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Oracle EBS Fixed Assets experience</p> </li><li> <p>Have good Cross-Functional exposure to Finance and other modules especially Procurement, Accounts Payables and PPM</p> </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
