<p>REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS/SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <p>Reports to the Market on the Green Manager.</p> <p>POSITION SUMMARY</p> <p>The grocer will make use of technical skills to help operate the grocery store.</p> <p>ACCOUNTABILITIES</p> <ul> <li> <p>Keep ProMedica's mission, "To improve your health and well-being", as the foundation of employment.</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrate personally and foster a work environment that includes ProMedica Values, Compassion, Innovation, Teamwork, and Excellence.</p> </li><li> <p>Perform work and assign work based on identified work plans.</p> </li><li> <p>Identifies and acts on the needs of both internal and external customers in a positive, polite, compassionate, and timely manner.</p> </li><li> <p>Receives, inventories, prices, and stocks products.</p> </li><li> <p>Receives and processes accounts receivable payments and other miscellaneous monies.</p> </li><li> <p>Totals monies received and verifies totals with cash-on-hand.</p> </li><li> <p>Reconciles totals when errors are found.</p> </li><li> <p>Prepares reports of daily transactions and forwards to the Accounting Department.</p> </li><li> <p>Performs other duties as assigned.</p> </li></ul> <p>Job Requirements</p> <p>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS</p> <p>Education: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.</p> <p>Skills: Must demonstrate the ability to accurately and independently solve problems. Strong attention to detail skills. Must demonstrate excellent customer service qualities and be able to communicate, negotiate, and effectively interact with customers and departments.
