<p>Kforce is working with a client looking to add a Sourcing Analyst to their team. Candidates must live in Greater Saint Louis, Missouri (MO) and work a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite at client).</p> <p>Role Purpose: The candidate will provide end-to-end support for sourcing events by assisting with tender preparation, managing bid processes, analyzing supplier responses, and maintaining standardized templates and data to ensure consistent execution.</p> <p>Core Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Develop tender documentation, bid comparison tools, and supplier communication materials </li><li>Coordinate timelines, inputs, and follow-ups throughout sourcing events </li><li>Consolidate and evaluate supplier bids across key commercial and performance criteria </li><li>Maintain templates, trackers, and data files to support repeatable sourcing processes </li><li>Summarize results and key insights for category managers and sourcing leaders </li><li>Take ownership of tasks and communicates clearly with stakeholders* 1-2 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, analytics, or a related field </li><li>Strong Excel skills with a structured, analytical problem-solving approach </li><li>Exposure to RFPs, RFQs, tenders, or similar analytical work </li><li>High attention to detail and comfort working with incomplete or imperfect data </li><li>Clear communicator with strong execution and follow-through </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Exposure to/experience with SQL, Power BI, or Tableau </li><li>Familiarity with procurement or sourcing systems </li><li>Prior exposure to bid analysis or tender support </li><li>Demonstrated growth mindset with early leadership potential </li><li>Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders </li></ul>
