<p>Skill: Project Test Lead - Guidewire</p> <ul> <li>Guidewire Certified. </li><li>Must have experience in Guidewire Policy Center. </li><li>Must have experience in Property and Casualty Insurance domain. </li><li>Must have experience in Guidewire implementations. </li><li>Proven experience in creating end-to-end test strategies for big programs. </li><li>Excellent communication, coordination with project stakeholders, business, & offshore teams. </li><li>Should be able to additionally drive automation, performance, data testing, integrations, and reporting tracks. </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <p>Strategic Test Leadership:</p> <ul> <li>Develop and implement test strategy ensuring alignment with business objectives and project timelines. </li><li>Define and execute an automation test strategy leveraging tools such as Microsoft Playwright. </li><li>Establish clear test phases, toll gates, and go/no-go criteria to manage end-to-end testing. </li></ul> <p>Test Planning & Execution:</p> <ul> <li>Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed test plans, test strategy documents, test evaluation reports, and accurate effort estimations. </li><li>Manage and oversee the execution of system integration testing (SIT), functional testing, regression testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production support. </li></ul> <p>Stakeholder Management & Communication:</p> <ul> <li>Serve as the primary point of contact for all testing-related activities, maintaining clear and consistent communication with business SMEs, scrum masters, development teams, and senior leadership. </li><li>Provide regular status reports, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation strategies. </li><li>Facilitate effective collaboration and ensure alignment among all stakeholders. </li></ul> <p>Quality Assurance & Risk Management:</p> <ul> <li>Establish and enforce quality standards to ensure all project deliverables meet or exceed expectations. </li><li>Identify and proactively address potential risks, developing and implementing effective mitigation plans. </li><li>Make go/no-go decisions based off test results and the toll gate criteria. </li></ul> <p>Team Leadership:</p> <ul> <li>Lead a team of testers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback. </li></ul> <p>Strategic Test Leadership:</p> <ul> <li>Develop and implement a comprehensive test strategy ensuring alignment with business objectives and project timelines. </li><li>Define and execute an automation test strategy leveraging tools such as Microsoft Playwright. </li><li>Establish clear test phases, toll gates, and go/no-go criteria to manage end-to-end testing. </li></ul> <p>Team Leadership:</p> <ul> <li>Lead a team of testers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback. </li></ul> <p>Salary Range - $80,000-$99,000 a year</p> <p>#LI-NR3</p>
