<p>Are you an experienced mechanic with a passion for keeping diesel engines running at their best? We're looking for a skilled Heavy Equipment Diesel Mechanic to join our client's team! In this role, you'll be hands-on with a wide range of diesel-powered vehicles and equipment, performing everything from routine maintenance to complex repairs.</p> <p>Schedule: Monday - Friday, AM shift</p> <p>Pay: $30 - $35/hr.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Diagnose and repair diesel engines to ensure peak performance and safety </li><li>Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, tire service, and brake inspections </li><li>Align wheels and adjust suspensions to maintain vehicle reliability </li><li>Use cranes and heavy equipment to safely perform lifting tasks </li><li>Solder wiring and electrical components as needed </li><li>Maintain accurate service records and track parts usage </li><li>Work closely with fellow technicians to deliver efficient, high-quality service </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For:</p> <ul> <li>Proven background in diesel engine and automotive repair </li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude </li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. when needed </li><li>Experience with diagnostic tools and diesel mechanic equipment </li><li>Great communication and teamwork skills </li><li>Valid driver's license (CDL preferred, but not required) </li></ul> <p>This is a direct hire position with a full list of benefits that will be provided upon being hired by our client.</p> <p>If you're ready to bring your expertise to a hardworking, supportive team, we want to hear from you!
